Setting up a Webassessor account only takes a few minutes. Follow the steps below to register and access your test sponsor's certification portal.

## Steps to Create Your Account

1.  Open the site provided by your test sponsor, or navigate directly to their certification or testing website.
2.  Click **Create New Account** — this link is typically located just below the _Forgot Password?_link.
    *   Depending on your test sponsor, this option may appear in a different location on the page.
3.  Fill in all required fields with your contact information.
    *   Required fields are marked with an asterisk (\*) and must be completed before you can save.
4.  Once all fields are filled in, click the **Save** button to complete your registration.

## Helpful Tips

**Login**

Your login must be a valid email address or a combination of letters and numbers.

**Password**

Your password must contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one digit, and one of the following special characters: ! @ # $ %

**Province/State**

Select your country from the **Country** dropdown menu before filling in this field.
